What is the car pick-up process?
Please make your reservation a few days before your arrival to ensure vehicle availability and the best possible rate.Once you have collected your luggage, please call us at the phone number provided in your confirmation email. It is important that you contact us only after you have received all your baggage and are ready to leave the terminal.
As soon as you call us, your vehicle will be driven to Parking 4, where our representative will meet you. Please do not look for a sign with your name.Follow the blue line signs towards Parking 4. Our representative will be waiting for you there, wearing an Easy2Rent badge. He will escort you to your vehicle and complete the rental agreement by checking the required documents (ID/passport and driving licence).After signing the agreement and completing the payment*, you will receive the keys and be ready to start your journey.
The whole process usually takes about 5–10 minutes from the time you reach Parking 4.
What is the car return process?
The vehicle must be returned to the Departures area of Thessaloniki Airport. Please contact us shortly before your arrival at the airport so that we can assist you with the return procedure.
Important Notice During Peak Periods
During periods of high demand, waiting times at the airport may be longer than usual. In such cases, our representative may pick you up from Parking 4 and transfer you to our nearby service point at AVIN N. Rysio, where your rental vehicle will be ready for collection.
At the AVIN station, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a coffee, soft drink or bottled water while the rental process is completed. You may also purchase fuel before starting your journey if required.
